Welcoming Joseph Cosgrove as Strategic Advisor to 4U Medical

4U Medical is proud to welcome Joseph Cosgrove as a Strategic Advisor.

Joe brings decades of leadership experience across healthcare services, specialty pharmacy, infusion care, sterile compounding, life sciences, and private-equity backed healthcare growth companies. His background aligns closely with the mission of 4U Medical.

Throughout his career, Joe has held senior leadership roles at organizations deeply connected to the specialty pharmacy and infusion space. He previously served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Pentec Health, a privately owned sterile compounding pharmacy, where he helped lead significant growth, expansion, and diversification. He later served as President and CEO of Leiters Health, and more recently was appointed CEO and Board Member of AleraCare, a provider of infusion and specialty pharmacy services across the United States.

Joe’s experience also includes leadership roles at Cardinal Health, DuPont Pharmaceuticals, and Neuman Health Services, giving him a wide perspective across healthcare operations, pharmacy services, patient access, and scalable care delivery models.

For 4U Medical, this is an important step forward.

Joe’s perspective will be especially valuable as we continue expanding our work in the infusion and specialty care space. He understands the real-world challenges that healthcare operators face, including workflow variation, patient access, payer dynamics, medication-specific care pathways, and the need for systems that can scale without adding unnecessary complexity.
