Our patented solution replaces outdated wristbands and manual workflows with a streamlined system that prints a patient-specific IV bag sticker containing key identifiers — including the patient’s name, date of birth, medication, and a unique ID. The sticker also features a scannable QR code that links to a personalized Patient Resource Hub, offering access to medication information, FDA-required guides, and interactive tools like reviews and surveys. With multilingual support and automated ID scanning, our kiosk reduces errors, saves time, and enhances compliance across the board.

From patient arrival to post-care follow-up, the 4U Kiosk improves safety and efficiency at every step. Patients check in using a driver’s license or manual input, confirm demographic and insurance details, and receive a printed identifier that follows them directly to the mixing station — eliminating confusion and human error. A 24-hour post-check-in message is automatically sent via text and email, prompting feedback without burdening staff.
