Lifecycle Touch Points with 4U Medical
From the moment a patient walks through the door, the 4U Medical Kiosk manages the full lifecycle of engagement — starting with a quick ID scan that confirms their identity and pulls the correct EMR profile. Next, the patient reviews and edits their demographic information, completes any required forms or signatures, and receives a printed identifier ticket that links them to their treatment. This ticket is verified by nursing staff and applied directly to the IV bag, ensuring safety at the point of care. After the visit, the kiosk automatically triggers a 24-hour follow-up message via text and email, directing the patient to the facility’s own survey (for internal quality tracking or accreditation) and offering the option to leave a public review. Each step in this process is designed to reduce errors, streamline staff workflows, and ensure that patients remain informed, engaged, and accurately documented — from check-in through follow-up.
