Following every patient check-in, the 4U Medical Kiosk sends an automated follow-up message exactly 24 hours after the visit — by text and email — to thank the patient and prompt them to engage with post-visit content.

Each message includes:

  • A personalized thank-you message

  • A direct link to the facility’s own patient satisfaction survey (delivered via our embedded survey tool)

  • A prompt to leave a Google review

  • Optional links to post-visit materials, such as patient education or medication resources
